User Agreement
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Artrix (“App”), you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The Service
Artrix is an on-device wallpaper studio for iPhone. You can choose a built-in style, optionally add a short prompt, generate wallpapers, save them to Photos, share them, and keep a local gallery of your creations. Features may change as we improve the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the App on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these terms.
4. No Account Required
Artrix does not require a login. Wallpaper files and activity notes are stored locally on your device unless you choose to save or share content elsewhere.
5. Your Content and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for any text you enter in prompts.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
- Generated images are intended for personal use on your devices.
- You must not misuse generation features, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse engineer the App beyond what applicable law allows.
6. Coins and Premium
Coin packs and Premium subscriptions are digital items delivered through Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing, availability, billing, renewals, and refunds follow Apple’s rules and our Subscription Terms. Generation may consume coins unless Premium is active.
7. Intellectual Property
Artrix, including its branding, interface, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the App, no rights are granted to you. You retain responsibility for content you provide; you grant us a limited license to process prompts solely to deliver the generation feature.
8. Availability and Support
We aim to keep Artrix useful and stable, but features may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, network conditions, device limits, or App Store requirements. If something is not working as expected, you can reach us through App Store support for Artrix.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generation quality can vary. Results are for personal wallpaper use and may differ from previews or expectations.
10. Changes and Termination
We may update this Agreement or the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
